At Spring Hill, we know that parent involvement is an essential ingredient when creating a successful student.  Parents and caregivers are always welcome to volunteer, sign in at the office, and get a visitor sticker.

Attendance:

Please call the school at 742-5450 if your child is not attending or will be late. Parents who do not call before 9:30a.m. will receive a call and an e-mail from the school district's automated absence system.  Attendance is taken twice daily: once in the morning; once in the afternoon.

Early Pick-Up:

Only parents, guardians, or designated Release Contacts (provided on enrollment paperwork) can pick up a student during school hours. When you sign your child off for the day, the office staff will locate the student and send them to the office.  

Classroom Visits and volunteering:

Interested in volunteering during the 2025-26 school year? Please go to the volunteer website fill out the application and waiver. ASD needs up to seven business days to process the applications before parents/community members can volunteer.

Phone Calls:

School phones are limited to school business or emergencies. Students may be allowed to use the phone in case of an emergency. Plans for after-school activities or play dates should be discussed at home before the school day.

If an after-school activity or plan has changed, please call the school, and the office staff will relay the message to your student.
